So, I’ve been thinking, reading and blogging about this for some time, and I’ve decided – decided to make a change! Then I saw this on Facebook and it summed up, very succinctly, what my goal is:
…and I’ve given myself until my next birthday (44, if you must know!) to fully put the plan in place. That’s 291 days.
Here’s my personal goal:
- A plant-based, mostly raw (about 85% raw – 15% cooked) diet
- A gallon of distilled water per day
- An hour of exercise every day
